The Te Ako Manaaki Framework guides how we work together to support better outcomes for young people through coordinated, collaborative practice.
Developed by Janette Searle and used widely around Aotearoa, Te Ako Manaaki is a research-informed framework that supports effective cross-sector collaboration. It provides a practical structure for schools, community organisations, and government agencies to work collectively, recognising that education, wellbeing, and social outcomes are closely connected.
